The Board of Directors of the PASAE Foundation has made the difficult, but necessary, decision to formally dissolve the PASAE Foundation. This process began in 2024 and will continue until all assets are appropriately disbursed.
For 20 years, the PASAE Foundation has been dedicated to supporting the educational and professional advancements of the association community. We are immensely proud of the collective impact achieved through the vision of our founders, the commitment of our board, the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and the generosity of our partners.
The decision to dissolve was made by the Board of Directors following a strategic review. This review found a consistent lack of volunteer support and engagement, as well as opportunities for growth, and with that, the Board felt it best to cease the operations of the Foundation. In doing so, the Board committed to ensuring all remaining assets be deployed for maximum impact -- consolidating ongoing efforts at the parent organization, PASAE, for the success and growth of the membership.
We are working closely with McNees, Wallace, and Nurick, LLC to formally dissolve the Foundation in accordance with our Articles of Incorporation, bylaws, and both state and federal regulations for 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organizations.
We extend our heartfelt thanks to our scholarship recipients, association industry partners, dedicated board members, former, and current volunteers, and donors for support over the years.
Your passion and efforts have created a lasting legacy that will continue on through PASAE.
